Mary-Anne Peetz has been appointed as the Lay Pastoral Leader with the principal responsibility for the Northland parish, in the pastoral area of Wellington West.
In this time of change within our church we look forward to the opportunities of collaborative ministry as, together, priests and people in the pastoral areas respond to the invitation of the Holy Spirit and to the challenges of our times.
Mary-Anne, who will take up this position in February, has worked for 24 years in Bowen Hospital. She currently holds the position of unit manager in the gastroenterology department.
