Faith-filled conversations to navigate Māori Ward Referendums

This September, people across Aotearoa New Zealand are invited to vote on Māori wards in their local councils. Unsure what it means for your community?

The Archdiocese of Wellington Bicultural Relations Committee is offering a two-hour workshop created by Common Grace Aotearoa to help us engage in the issue with faith and aroha.

Join us at Ss Peter & Paul Church Hall (60 Knights Road, Lower Hutt) on Tuesday, 16 September at 7pm. You’ll hear from Mons. Gerard Burns and Edna Bell, watch video reflections from Māori Christian leaders, and take part in guided conversation and prayer.

All are welcome.

We hope you can make it.
