Giving families the Christmas shopping experience without the cost.
Donate a gift to the Vinnies Christmas Toy Shop where families seeking help over the holiday period can choose gifts for their children. In 2018, 81 individuals and families chose gifts for 256 children from the Merry Vinnies toy shop. St Vincent de Paul Society in Wellington are calling on the community to donate new, unwrapped gifts to be included in their 2019 toy shop, 207 Riddiford St, Newtown.
Gift criteria:
- 0‒16 years
- new condition
- unwrapped
- drop-off by Tues 26 Nov
Or donate:
- a Christmas tree for a family
- decorations
- wrapping paper (and other gift-wrapping material)
- Christmas food
