It was a blessed day on Palm Sunday at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Wellington!
Archbishop Paul Martin, along with Fr Patrick Bridgman and Deacon Emilio Capin, led the beginning of the Holy Week journey, celebrating the great Paschal Mystery as Jesus willingly entered into His Passion to save us all.
“And those who went before and those who followed cried out, ‘Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the kingdom of our father David that is coming! Hosanna in the highest!’” (Mark 11:9-10, RSV)
