St Martin de Porres church had its final Mass on 2 November – but the St Martin de Porres relic remains in Te Awakairangi Parish.
The statue of St Martin de Porres and the relic were carried in and presented by St Martin de Porres parishioners at a Mass on 7 December at Ss Peter and Paul’s Lower Hutt – the new home of the statue and the relic.
What a blessing they can remain in the parish.
