Sisters from the Dominican, St Joseph of Nazareth, Cenacle and Brigidine Congregations who live in the Johnsonville Parish gathered recently at the Cenacle.
The occasion was to farewell Sisters Cyprian Wilson, Anne Phibbs and Trish Hanaray, who are on their way to the Brigidine International Forum in Ireland.
We shared a delicious morning tea around the table and remained there for our prayer of stories and blessings for the travellers.
At this time of so many transitions and diminishment in religious life, it was encouraging to experience such a sense of solidarity and care.
