With this photograph, WelCom introduces a new feature. Towards the end of each edition, readers will be offered a visual reflection by way of a ‘Parting Shot’, to inspire and provoke reflection. The first one comes from Frank Wafer and WelCom invites readers to participate. Your photo will be considered for publication – one picture each edition.
