WelCom June 2018: At this year’s Focolare family camp, called Mariapolis (City of Mary), held in Rotorua from 22–24 April, 188 people enjoyed ‘a deep and profound sharing amongst all, and of being family’.
The day programmes were held in four groups: adults; 4-8-year-olds; 9-12-year-olds; and teens and young adults. Everyone came together for the evening programme and shared meals.
It was a young Mariapolis too, with young people coming together in an atmosphere of love and understanding in Jesus’ presence. Everyone left with great joy in their hearts with a commitment to build a culture of love and peace and with a renewed faith.
