Cardinal’s reflections
Dear friends
Since June of last year I have had difficulty walking due to pain in my legs. I have greatly missed my early morning walks and the beauty of the harbour in its many changing moods.
The problem has been identified as being in my spine, and on 21 March I will be having spinal surgery. It will be followed by a period of convalescence. There won’t be postings on this Facebook page during this time. Thank you all for your support and the appreciation you have offered during the years this page has been in operation.
With best wishes and blessings
Cardinal John Dew, Archbishop of Wellington
