Special Masses are celebrated at the beginning of each new school year where all who serve in our Catholic School and College communities are commissioned and blessed in their ministries.

Cardinal John Dew will preside at the two Masses.
Lower North Island, Tuesday 9 February: 5.30pm, St Mary of the Angels Church, Boulcott St, Wellington.
Upper South Island, Friday 12 February: 5.30pm, Our Lady of Perpetual Hope, Richmond, Nelson.
Diocese of Palmerston North
Taranaki – Wednesday 10 February: 4pm, St Joseph’s Church, New Plymouth.
Whanganui – Thursday 11 February: 4pm Cullinane College Chapel, Whanganui.
Manawatu – Thursday 11 February: 5pm, Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Palmerston North.
Hastings – Sunday 14 February: combined Hastings Parish and School Mass, includes St Mary’s School, St Joseph’s School and St John’s College.
Hawke’s Bay Schools – Friday 28 May: time and place to be advised.
