St Patrick’s School Kaponga has begun its gully project which includes riparian planting, a sacred space and outdoor classroom area.
The school received a grant from Fonterra Grass Roots to fund the project.
Planting a totara at the start of the project last November are Fonterra’s Erin Bromell and Con Crowley from the school’s Board of Trustees.
